Mothers Day in Wichita will look quite different for 2020, but it can be all the more special.
This year Mothers Day is on Sunday, May 10.
While we probably won’t see any Mothers Day events, you can still celebrate Mom and all she’s done for you – and it doesn’t have to be super expensive.
We have some ideas based on what’s available here in the Wichita area. This could include a Mothers Day brunch to go, a beautiful vase of spring tulips, and a heartfelt greeting card or note.
Right now, most of the Mother’s Day dining deals we’re finding in Wichita lean toward to-go meals that let you avoid crowds, but still have a delicious and low-stress meal. As with any celebrations right now, use good judgement and follow current guidelines.
This list is a work in progress that we’ll keep adding to as we find deals and changes start to unfold in the metro. If you know of a Mother’s Day special that should be included, please let us know in the comments below.

Clean the House What a great gift this would be! Some moms wouldn’t appreciate you doing this and would consider it an affront, so proceed with caution. But you can clean MY house all day long and I would be thrilled. (Actually, let me revise that: if you live in my house, you have my wholehearted support in cleaning it. 🙂 )
