“Yoga is more than just stretching—it’s a powerful way to improve strength, flexibility and balance while reducing stress and promoting mindfulness. Exercising outdoors adds another layer of benefits, from soaking up vitamin D to boosting your mood. Plus, practicing in a group fosters a sense of community and support, making it easier to stay motivated and consistent. We welcome all skill levels from beginner to expert!” – Exploration Place.
