One of my favorite Wichita museums is now FREE on Sundays in 2023!
The Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum got even more affordable with FREE Sunday admission thanks to a gift from the Ruth Spooner Stone Charitable Trust.
Regular admission to the museum is just $5 for adults and $2 for children, so really any visit will be easy on your wallet. It’s open six days a week.
On Sundays, you can visit between 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. with free admission.
This is the clock-tower building on Main Street downtown, just across the street from the old library and Century II. It is the original 1890 City Hall and it is so cool! Appropriately, the historic building houses exhibits with artifacts from our unique local history.
Street parking is also free on weekends!
