The Wichita Flea Market is doing a “Tour of Wichita” Each show will be at different locations for 2024. This is a monthly Flea Market in and around Wichita with typically over 200 local and regional vendors. Perfect for “one-stop” shopping.
Shop locally through booths that include antiques, crafts, vintage items, collectibles, primitives, reclaimed items, comics, artwork, jewelry, toys, and so much more in this monthly flea market operated by a local Wichita Family. If you would like updates on the Wichita Flea Market, sign up for their FREE email newsletter. Scroll down on the main page to the bottom and join their mailing list.
There’s something for everyone; kids will love the flea market’s special guests they have at each show, like superheroes and princesses.
September 7th will be at the Riverfront Stadium. Special Guests: Buzz Lightyear (noon – 1pm) and Alice in Wonderland (1pm – 2pm_)
Wichita Flea Market Hours:
- Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm

Wichita Flea Market Location
The flea market has previously been at Century II and the South YMCA, and in 2024, they will be going all over Wichita to different venues. Visit their website HERE
Wichita Flea Market Prices
Admission for adult shoppers will also stay the same, which is $3 for one day or $5 for both days of the market (Saturday and Sunday). Admission is free for kids 12 and younger on either day of the Wichita Flea Market.
Fun Fact: Bring the whole family because Disney characters and other special guests are visiting the show.
About the Wichita Flea Market
This is the biggest flea market in Wichita, with hundreds of high-quality vendors of all types with treasures. And because it’s indoors, the flea market will happen rain or shine. It’s the place to be on a weekend day.
There will be a concession stand at each market, and each location is climate-controlled, so you can shop comfortably – unlike the old Coliseum flea market, which would get pretty sticky in the summertime!
Flea markets are a treasure trove of unique finds and hidden gems. Here are some tips to make the most of your flea market adventures:
- Early Bird Gets the Worm: Arrive early for the best selection. The early hours often have the freshest items, and you might snag some great deals before the crowds descend.
- Cash is King: Bring cash in small denominations. Some vendors may not accept cards, and having exact change can speed up transactions.
- Negotiate with Respect: Haggling is part of the flea market experience, but be polite and respectful. Start with a friendly greeting, express genuine interest, and negotiate with a smile.
- Know Your Budget: Set a budget before you go to avoid overspending. It’s easy to get carried away with the excitement of unique finds.
- Bring a Tote Bag: A reusable tote or backpack is handy for carrying your purchases. It’s eco-friendly and keeps your hands free for browsing.
- Dress Comfortably: Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. You might be doing a lot of walking and rummaging through piles, so comfort is key.
- Bring Snacks and Water: Flea markets can be tiring, so stay hydrated and keep some snacks on hand to keep your energy up.
- Inspect Items Thoroughly: Examine items closely before purchasing, especially if they’re vintage or secondhand. Check for any damages or defects.
- Be Open-Minded: You never know what unique items you might find, so be open to the unexpected. Embrace the thrill of the hunt!
- Build Relationships: If you’re a regular at a particular flea market, getting to know vendors can lead to better deals and insider tips on upcoming items.
Support local and regional vendors by “Shopping Small” through 200+ booths that include antiques, crafts, vintage items, collectibles, primitives, reclaimed items, comics, artwork, jewelry, toys, and so much more in this monthly flea market owned and operated by local Wichita Family.
The market will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Ok, I give up.. Where is the Star flea mkt located?
Could someone give me info or a number to call to become a vendor at the flea market at kansas star casino please and thank you.
Hi Raquel, yes. You can go to the Wichita Flea Market website here: https://www.wichitafleamarket.biz/new-booth-rental
Since they will be moving out to the Kansas Star, my family will not be going anymore. That is too far and I don’t gamble.
Hi Bev. I wanted to let you know that the Kansas Star is not all that far, depending on where you live. (It’s only about 20 minutes from downtown Wichita.) They had to move because they couldn’t get the dates they needed at Century II and the Kansas Star has a big facility that can accommodate the very large flea market.
I don’t gamble either, and it isn’t required to visit the Wichita Flea Market. Of course, it’s totally up to you! But I just wanted to clarify those two things.
Would love free tickets to the Wichita Flea Market! My husband (of 41 years tomorrow) and I share the love of flea markets and antiques! We are so glad that you were able to bring it back to Wichita we appreciate all your hard work to make it happen.

we attended a show just before Christmas and found presents galore! We have been to two other shows and weren’t disappointed! I love not having to drive all over town to different places because there’s lots all in one place! Indoors, well organized and friendly vendors.

I’d like free tickets to the flea market for Saturday Feb. 2
Anyone know the name of the pretzel and cheese maker that was selling at the concession stand 2 weeks ago? They were amazing.
The promoters have donated a booth to a local dog rescue:-) Wichita Pug Rescue will have items for sale, a Pug kissing booth and a couple of adoptable Pugs to meet on site. That alone is worth the price of admission!!
Admission for one day is $3. The $5 fee is for both days.
I agree there should not be an admission charge to go to a flea market. Big turn-off. Century II is notorious for having a premium to attend any event there.
This event is arranged by private individuals not the Coliseum. They have to rent the space from the colleseum. Would you do all this work for free?
My gosh, just spend the $5. Everyone wants everything free.
Your admission fee is too high for a flea market. I may go once, but not much more after that. What about parking? Is there a charge for that? If so, I might just go to a regular store with free parking and free admission.
Thanks
That’s a good question about parking. I’ll see if I can find out if you have to feed the meter in the Century II lot. For sure there is free parking at Waterwalk, though.
In case it wasn’t clear in the post above, admission for one day of the flea market is only $3. There is a discount if you want to go both days, where admission (for both days) is $5.
There is free parking all around the collesium.
