He’s a busy guy, but Santa still always makes time to visit Wichita every year. (See the full schedule of his stops below!) He says he loves our city because the people are great, there isn’t a lot of traffic, and we have so many affordable things to do here. But best of all, of course, is the disproportionately high number of kids who are on the Nice list here in Wichita.

Ongoing Visits with Santa:
Illuminations at Botanica Visits with Santa every evening from 5:30-8:30 p.m., excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for youth ages 12 and under.
Town East Mall will offer pictures for purchase with Santa on the lower level center court on several dates throughout the season from November 9 to December 24. He’ll also have a few special events, like Pet Photos with Santa and Santa Story Time. Photo packages start at around $25 and go up from there.
Cabela’s will have free pictures with Santa throughout the season.
The North Pole Express Sub-station is Santa’s home-away-from-home when he is in Wichita. Stop by and see his workshop, sleigh, and reindeer at Kansas’ very own North Pole. 6-9 p.m. every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night beginning on Thanksgiving and
concluding with one more visit on Christmas Eve. Since there have been so many good boys and girls this year, Santa’s last visit will be December 22 this year before he heads back to the North Pole.
Polar Express at Watson Park takes you on a magical train ride to visit Santa, complete with a campfire and s’mores. The event is ongoing starting Nov. 26 to Dec. 23. 3022 S. Mclean Blvd. Tickets are $15 and are selling fast!
If you can’t get to one of his personal visits, call Santa’s Hotline at (319) 527-2680. It’s a special voicemail number for Santa that has been set up by freeconferencecall.com. has set up a special voicemail number for Santa. Kids can call and leave Santa a message with what they want and parents’ will receive a text so they can listen or share the message with the family.
Portable North Pole will also let you request a free personalized video from Santa.
