Halloween Drive-Thru in Maize

- $5 per carload in advance; $10 per carload at the event.
- From the Maize Recreation Commission. Pre-register your vehicle by October 21 to ensure you receive a sweet treat (a full size candy bar). Local sponsors will also be handing out other goodies – even some for your pets to eat! You can decorate your car, if you like. Costumes are optional but fun. Fire & EMS vehicles will be onsite with lights flashing. New this year: at the end of the drive-thru, head into the spooky forest if you dare. (It’s family-friendly but might be scary for some.)

October 18, 19, 25 and 26, 2024 Explore the Field of Station trails in a totally new and eerie way at this family-friendly Halloween event in Derby, KS. Costumes are strongly encouraged! October 19 and 20, 2024 One of the most fun and affordable Halloween events for kids in the old west town of Wichita, Kansas! Saturday, October 19, 2024 WSU is hosting a fun 5K Pumpkin Run and a Little Pumkin Fun Run 1K. Prices increase after August 31, but right now are $32 and $18, respectively. Event info

Halloween on the Farm at Eberly Farm

Tricks and Treats at Wicked Island
October 31, 2024 from 5-7 p.m. A safe and fun (but maybe a little spooky?) trick or treat event on Wichita’s Wicked Island haunted attraction at O.J. Watson Park, but this event is mainly for the kids. Adults can save their ticket stub or mobile ticket to get FREE adult admission with the purchase of a child’s admission. Tricks and Treats admission is $8 per child, $5 per adult (unless you have your Wicked Island ticket stub) and includes a tote bag, candy, and a special treat at the end. Only 500 tickets available. Halloween Lights and Haunted Displays in Wichita

Heroes Complex at 21st and Woodlawn will be having a Geek or Treat event October 29th including Wichita area cosplayers and groups like the Whovians of Wichita.
