The Kansas Aviation Museum will offer a special deal during Spring Break in Wichita. Everyone will receive a discounted admission price of $5 or if you are looking for a Spring Break Camp they are offering one to students.
The Aviation Museum’s collection includes significant and rare aircraft, engines, and memorabilia, reflecting Kansas’s pivotal role in aviation. Notable exhibits feature aircraft from the early days of wood and fabric construction to more modern designs, as well as displays on prominent companies like Beechcraft, Stearman, and Cessna.
Aviation Discovery Spring Break Camp
Date: March 17-19
Cost:
- Day Session: $40 members/$50 nonmembers
- Full Week: $175 members/ $200 nonmembers
This camp allows students to delve into the science and history of flight through hands-on STEM experiments, flight simulations, and tours of historic aircraft. Participants will learn to identify various aircraft types, understand turbine engine operations, grasp the four forces of flight, and explore the aviation manufacturing process. Flexible registration options are available, including single-day sessions or the full week.

The museum, in partnership with the Beach Family Foundation, offers STEM Camp Scholarships to 70 students from underserved communities, aiming to inspire future leaders through hands-on learning experiences.
Kansas Aviation Spring Break Deal

The Kansas Aviation Museum offers discounted admission for $5 per person during spring break. This makes it affordable for families to explore the museum’s exhibits.
Make sure to stop by the Boeing Learning Center inside the museum to make cool aviation-related activities. We love visiting this space, especially on Fridays during Little Aviators, when we get FREE admission to the museum.
