Wichita Art Museum will once again host FREE Yoga in the Art Garden in 2022.
Guest instructor Kelsea Wright from Limitless Yoga will lead an all-levels flow class for ages 16 and older. The free yoga class will provide a great workout, stretching out common problem areas in the body, and connecting your breathing to your movements.
Admission to Yoga in the Art Garden is FREE and no pre-registration is required.
Class will begin prior to the museum’s open hours and will be held in the Jayne Milburn Sculpture Plaza.
Bring your own yoga mat or towel and water bottle.
Of course, because it is held outside, class is “weather permitting” and will have to be cancelled if the weather is bad.
Yoga class is held multiple times this season. Get ready to bend and stretch in a wonderfully relaxing outdoor space.
