Enjoy free outdoor workouts with Bradley Fair FIT this summer.
Every Saturday in June and July, Opti-Life is hosting a series of fun, free fitness classes in the Bradley Fair Plaza.
These 45 minute classes are designed for participants of all fitness levels. Each week there will be a different type of class to enjoy. So bring a friend or meet a new one and get your Saturday off to a fun start!
According to the Facebook event page:
“Each participant will snag an Athleta swag-bag that includes discount coupons for Bradley Fair Retailers, plus have a chance to win weekly prizes from Athleta (Power of She ICT), Bradley Fair and Opti-Life!”
The classes will be held every Saturday in June and July from 9-9:45 a.m.

June 1st – Bootcamp
June 8th – Yoga*
June 15th – WERQ
June 22nd – Barre*
June 29th – Bootcamp
July 6th – Pilates*
July 13th – Boxing
July 20th – PIYO
July 27th – WERQ
*Please bring a yoga mat for Yoga, Barre and Pilates.
WAIVER:
Pre-registration is not required, but each attendee must fill out a waiver prior to participation. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out your waiver prior to the class start.
