Every Wednesday through September local yoga instructor, Rachel Couch, will host a yoga and Kombucha night at Inspirit Kombucha Brewing Co.

Kombucha is a fermented tea known for it’s health benefits. It is the perfect thing to pair with yoga.
The yoga class is open for all levels from beginner to advanced. Make sure to bring a mat; Inspirit Kombucha Brewing Co. has plenty of room to stay a safe distance from everyone.
The class costs $10 and includes a 16 oz. glass of Kombucha. You can purchase tickets here.
It will last for about an hour, starting at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m.
