We’re not surprised that July is National Ice Cream Month, first designated by President Ronald Reagan in 1984, because that cold treat is especially welcome during these hot summer days. Not coincidentally, National Ice Cream Day is annually on the third Sunday in July.
This year, National Ice Cream Day is Sunday, July 21, 2024.

Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Stores National Ice Cream Day Deal
Yum! Braum’s will be celebrating National Ice Cream Day on Sunday, July 21st! They will have $1.30 single dip and $1.89 double dip cones all-day.
Braum’s is a family-owned company that keeps its quality high by having its own dairy herd, farms and ranches, processing plant, bakery, retail stores, and delivery trucks. It only operates stores within 300 miles of its farm in Tuttle, Oklahoma.
Burger King National Ice Cream Month Deal
Burgers aren’t the only thing on the menu at Burger King. The fast-food chain is celebrating National Ice Cream Month by offering a FREE vanilla soft serve cup or cone with a minimum purchase of $1. The offer is available in the app. Limit one per customer. (The digital offer may not be available in all areas.)
DQ National Ice Cream Day Deal
Dairy Queen is celebrating National Ice Cream Day on Sunday, July 21 with a sweet deal: For one day only, participating DQ stores nationwide are offering a free Dilly Bar made with DQ Vanilla coated in chocolate and served on a popsicle stick. This deal is available for free with any DQ Rewards order of $1 or more.
Whole Foods Market Ice Cream Month Sale
Cool off with a frozen treat at Whole Foods Market. From July 5 to 18, customers save 35% on all ice cream and frozen treats. Even sweeter, the grocery store’s ice cream does not contain the 100+ preservatives, flavors, colors and other ingredients they’ve prohibited from food. Plus, Amazon Prime members enjoy an extra 10% off.
Alden’s Ice Cream
Alden’s ice cream company makes organic ice cream sold in grocery stores across the U.S. They even have dairy-free options. In celebration of National Ice Cream Month, Alden’s is offering a coupon for $1 off any item at a retail store. The coupon is good through August 11, 2021.
