Back to school bash at Towne West Square Mall

Towne West is hosting a three-hour event on Saturday, August 14, 2021, celebrating the first weekend back to school. The event will include free hotdogs and sno cones and have activities throughout the mall.

Beginning at 11 AM, Towne West will have multiple inflatables, games, contests and giveaways.

Participants can skip the registration line by texting SCHOOL to (316) 512-1919 in advance. The day will have a few surprises including a special guest appearance.

Multiple stores will also have special events including:

  • a make-and-take craft at JCPenney from 11 to noon
  • a school supply drive at Maurices
  • a fundraising sale at Passageways
  • other great deals throughout the mall

This can’t miss event is perfect for families that still have back to school shopping to complete or are just looking for chance to relax after the first few days of school.

“We are also excited to announce the opening of Spirit Halloween this month, located just inside our north entrance from Maple Street,” said Mall Manager, Charley Cooper. “It will be a fantastic day to visit Towne West.”

This event is FREE and open to the public.
