Sharing is caring!
On Saturday, September 11, 2021, the Mid-America All-Indian Center will host a Back to School Powwow.
The powwow is hosted by USD 259 Title VI Native American Indian Education Programs.
Because the NAIEP was unable to have their annual School’s Out Powwow last April they wanted to kick off the school year instead! Show up and support Native American students in the Wichita Public School district who will be participating and have helped organize this event.
Everyone is welcome to attend this free event!
The powwow will be held from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Seating is limited, so please be sure to bring a folding chair!
