The Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum will be holding FREE programs during Winter Break. These fun and educational programs are open to kids and their families. Each of December’s Winter Programs will include a tour of a different area of the museum and a take-home craft.

Saturday, December 20: Scrapbooking Workshop

Sunday, December 21: Christmas Trees
Have you ever seen so many Christmas trees in one place? Join us for a tour of our Miniature Christmas Tree Exhibit and explore the history of holiday trees. Create your own ornament to take home and add to your own seasonal décor!
All programs are FREE and open to the public. Tours are offered 30 minutes after the hour (1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, & 3:30 pm). Come-and-go between 1-4 pm each day for a family activity they are sure to remember! (Recommended Age: 5 and up)
If you are unable to attend one of these events, but would still like to check out the museum, admission is only:
$5.00 for Adults
$2.00 for Children (Ages 6-12)
Under Age 6 are Free | Free admission to museum members!
Admission is FREE on Sundays!
The museum is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 1-5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
And don’t miss the Bloomfield Carillon Concert at noon on December 20. This is FREE, and best enjoyed outside of the museum.
