Sharing is caring!
Lowes offers a free kids’ workshop on one Saturday a month. In these workshops, kids participate in a hands-on building project, which is a great way to spend time together, learn to build, and boost creativity.
To attend Lowe’s free kids’ workshops, register in advance to reserve your spot. If you forget to sign up, walk-ins are welcome after 12 p.m. on workshop days, but only if there are extra kits available.

These workshops are for kids of all ages to learn basic building skills. When you get there, you will check in and receive your free project kit, which usually includes precut wood, nails, screws, and any other materials needed.
The first time you go, you will get a FREE apron, and each time you complete a project, you will get a collectible badge.
Some past projects have been birdhouses, holiday decorations, trucks, and more. Once the project is completed, you get to take it home to enjoy.
This is a great, budget-friendly family activity.
