$3 Thursday evenings at Botanica are back in 2021!!! The deal was announced in an email to subscribers on April 12.
Enjoy the gardens, including the Downing Children’s Garden, on the cheap at Botanica in Wichita! Admission is only $3 on Thursday nights from 5-8 p.m. from April through September. (Children age 2 and under and members always get free admission to Botanica.)
Again, this special price is only valid from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This was one of Wichita’s most beloved discounts for years and years. I’m so happy to see it’s back.
Occasionally special events may interfere with the $3 Thursday promotion at Botanica, so be sure to give them a call or check their website before you go.
Botanica has extended hours on both Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning in April.
- On Tuesday nights at Botanica, also from 5-8 p.m., admission is regular price but you get a FREE carousel ride included with admission.
- On Thursday nights from 5-8 p.m., the carousel is regular price ($3), but admission is only $3 for everyone.
Regular admission to Botanica is $10 per adult age 13 and up; $8 for seniors age 62 and up, military, and youth ages 3-12; free for kids 2 and under.
Group discounts are available if you have 10 or more. You do need to schedule your group visit at least 24 hours in advance and pay for everyone at one time.
Membership to Botanica is from $55 to $80, depending on which option you choose. Membership can be a great deal for travelers, too, because there are reciprocal gardens throughout the country where your Botanica membership will get you special privileges or discounted admission.
Wichita’s botanical gardens have extended hours on Thursdays during the summer, so you can stop by after work if you like. (Botanica’s regular hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but on Thursdays, they stay open until 8 p.m.!)
Of course, $3 Thursdays at Botanica can’t be combined with any other offers or coupons.
