Wichita-area dogs are invited to bring their humans to Woofstock is the annual dog-friendly fundraising event that benefits the Kansas Humane Society and the pets they care for.
Woofstock will be held Saturday, October 5, at Sedgwick County Park.
Admission for humans is now $10 per person. Kids 12 and under are free.
All proceeds benefit the Kansas Humane Society and help them care for over 16,000 pets per year.
A variety of fun and dog-friendly events will be held during the groovy festival:
- Woof Walk
- Live music
- Best costume contest
- Furry Fashion Show
- Doggy musical chairs
- and more
A maximum of two dogs per person is allowed to attend. Dogs must be 6 months or older, in good health, people- and dog-friendly, and current on all vaccinations. Please bring your furry friends on a leash and keep them under control at all times.
