It doesn’t have to be Tuesday to have tacos! The Wichita Taco Festival is back! This year’s Taco Fest will be held June 28, 2025, in Downtown Wichita at the Fountains at Waterwalk. It was previously at the Capitol Federal Amphitheater in Andover. Stroll around and savor a variety of tacos, international cuisines, and more, all while enjoying live music.

Get your tickets early to take advantage of the discount pre-sale prices! The first 200 guests will receive a discount.

  • Taco Festival is from 3 – 9 pm on June 28, 2025.
  • Enjoy a large selection of locally crafted, delicious $2 Tacos from many vendors. At the festival, vendors also serve different kinds of salsa with chips, nachos, and elote.
  • A diverse mix of DJs and Bands set the tone for the festival.
  • Enjoy world-class Lucha Libre wrestlers as they go head-to-head for a chance to be crowned Champion of Taco Fest.
  • A crowd favorite, 10 event attendees face off to see who can consume the most Jalapenos in a given time.
  • A competition amongst all participating festival food vendors to determine the best Taco and Salsa vendor. Judged by a select group of locally renowned foodies.
  • All ages are welcome.

  • The Opportunity to participate in the Jalapeno Eating Competition and win $100.

VIP Tequila Expo Pre-Sale – $65 + fees

  • Must be 21+ to access this area – ID’s will be checked
  • Only 200 Tickets Available  
  • Admission into Festival Grounds?

  • The Opportunity to participate in the Jalapeno Eating Competition and win $100.

  • VIP Hours – 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Tequila Expo Hours – 4:30 pm-7:30 pm
