It’s always good to get sandwiched by savings. On National Sandwich Day, there will be plenty of people celebrating by slathering their favorite condiments, along with meat and cheese, between two slices of bread.
Sandwich Day deals precede Election Day this year, so you can get deals even if you vote early.
No matter the day, did you know it’s estimated more than 300 million sandwiches are consumed by Americans every day? That’s a lot of bread.

McAlister’s Deli National Sandwich Day Deal
McAlister’s Delis in Wichita know how to celebrate a food holiday. On November 3, buy one sandwich and get another one free!
As always, there are certain terms and conditions for the deal. You do need to be signed up for the Rewards program in order to receive the promotional offer in time to get the deal. Promotion expires Nov. 3.

Subway National Sandwich Day
In 2024, Subway celebrates National Sandwich Day by serving up a new value meal offer. The $6.99 Meal Deal starts on Sandwich Day and continues through the last week of December. The meal includes a six-inch sub on the menu, a choice of chips or two regular cookies, plus a small fountain drink.
Popeye’s National Sandwich Day
Fried chicken on Sunday is what it’s all about. But when National Sandwich Day falls on a Sunday, it makes sense to have (a FREE) chicken sandwich.
Popeyes is stretching National Sandwich Day beyond its boundaries by offering a free chicken sandwich with any $10 minimum purchase from Oct. 28 – Nov. 10!
Jimmy John’s
The freaky fast sandwich chain is trying a new idea: put sandwich toppings between two slices of pickle! And if novelty isn’t enough to get you to try it, maybe Jimmy John’s National Sandwich Day deal will entice you:

While not technically a National Sandwich Day deal, NuWay specials are a great way to celebrate at a local, original place. And if you aren’t sure what drink you would like, I’ll recommend the homemade NuWay root beer. It comes in a nice frosty mug if you opt to eat in the restaurant.
