If you’re looking for a pumpkin patch near Wichita, I highly recommend putting Klausmeyer Farm on your fall list! It’s one of the more affordable options around, and you get so much for your money. Located just outside Wichita in Clearwater, the farm has more than 30 activities included with its $12 weekend Farm Pass. From pig races and a petting zoo to hayrack rides, jumping pillows, and carnival games, there’s plenty to keep the kids busy and make a whole day of it!
One thing I really like about Klausmeyer is that you can choose the admission pass that works for your family. You can enjoy the farm activities with a $12 weekend Farm Pass, add the corn maze, or go all out with pony rides, a farm safari, and more. If you visit during the week, admission is just $9 and includes a pie-size pumpkin!

Klausmeyer has so much more than pumpkins! One thing I really love is that their $12 weekend Farm Pass includes more than 30 activities, so you don’t pay extra every time the kids want to try something new. Some pumpkin patches have a lower admission price, but charge separately for activities or don’t have all the fun extras, and those extras can add up fast! I like knowing what I’m spending upfront, especially when the girls want to do it all. At Klausmeyer, they can go from the petting zoo to the jumping pillows, carnival games, and playgrounds without me having to pull out my wallet at every stop.
Here are some of the things your family can enjoy:
- Meet the farm animals: Visit the petting zoo, cheer on the pig races, and watch a milking demonstration.
- Play, jump, and climb: Explore the jumping pillows, playgrounds, slides, zip lines, jungle gym, tree house, and corn pit.

Saturday Night Corn Maze
Looking for something different to do on a fall Saturday night? Klausmeyer opens its five-acre crop maze from 7–10 p.m., and I think this would be such a fun date night, an outing for teens, or something to do with a group of friends!
Admission is $10 per person, and you don’t need to purchase a Farm Pass to enjoy the maze. Just keep in mind that Saturday evenings are for the crop maze only, so plan a daytime visit if you want to enjoy the rest of the pumpkin patch activities.
Don’t Miss the FREE Truck-or-Treat Event with Admission
Friday, October 30, 2026 • 6–7 p.m.
Klausmeyer is hosting its second annual Truck or Treat, and this sounds like such a fun one for kids who love big vehicles! Dress the kids in their Halloween costumes and let them trick-or-treat at stations featuring real working trucks and equipment.
They’ll get to see vehicles like tractors, a combine, a wheat truck, a skid steer, a concrete mixer, a tow truck, a trash truck, and fire and police vehicles up close.
The event is included with regular pumpkin patch admission. Since it falls on a weekday, a pie-size pumpkin is included with admission, too!
My Tips for Planning Your Visit
I’d give your family plenty of time at Klausmeyer, especially if your kids love playgrounds and farm animals. With so many activities included in the Farm Pass, you won’t want to rush through everything.
If you’re trying to keep your fall outings affordable, take a look at the $9 weekday admission with the included pumpkin. For a weekend visit, I’d check out the different passes before you go so you can decide whether your family wants the corn maze and extra activities or would be happy spending the day with everything included in the $12 Farm Pass.
