Looking for ways to keep the kids entertained during Winter Break or on those teacher in-service days? Look no further than Kids Konnection or sign up for Winter Break Specialty Camps! Both are provided for those of us who work and need somewhere fun for the kids to go while they are out of school.
These are both great options, so you can be sure your kids are in good hands and having a blast.
When is Winter Break for Wichita Public Schools? For 2025, it is from December 23 to January 2. The length of winter break can vary by a day or two every few years, depending on the day of the week the holidays fall on.
Kids Konnection Winter Break 2025
Kids will enjoy sports, games, contests, arts and crafts, and even special events to keep things exciting. With a licensed program through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), Kids Konnection is dedicated to providing a safe and structured environment. The camp is open to children ages 6 to 12, ensuring they get plenty of attention with a 1:15 staff-to-child ratio.
Kids must bring their lunch and drink, but a morning and afternoon snack is provided.

Captivate your child’s imagination! These special interest-themed camps will engage campers ages 6-13 with fun physical and intellectual challenges, crafts, and interactive games. Bring a lunch and drink.
