Sharing is caring!
Haysville, KS, is celebrating the 4th of July all day long at Riggs Park, and it’s FREE!
These activities are being held on THE day, Friday, July 4, 2026.
The Haysville fireworks and other activities are put on by Haysville Rec and the City of Haysville. Since it’s roughly 5 miles south of Wichita, Haysville is part of the Wichita metropolitan area and a perfect place to spend the Independence Day holiday.
All the Fourth of July Celebrations in Haysville take place at Riggs Park, which features a modern playground, sports facilities, walking paths, a pond, and more. The park is centrally located and is a recreational hub for this town.

Haysville 4th of July Activities:

History Fact: The 4th of July commemorates the United States’ declaration of independence from British rule. It celebrates the nation’s birth and the values of liberty, freedom, and democracy. The Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, but it was not fully signed by all the delegates until August 2, 1776.
