December 10 – 13 you can participate in a FREE intro class at Club Pilates in Bradley Fair!
Pilates is a type of exercise made to help improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture.
From December 10 through December 13 you can test out Pilates at one of the FREE intro classes.
Club Pilates is a fairly new fitness center located in Bradley Fair.
You can sign up for the free intro class online. There are several different time slots available for classes. You can see the schedule and sign up here. (Select “Intro Class” from the dropdown.) There’s also more info on Facebook.
