Holiday Galleria is back in Wichita for its 21st year, and this is one of those events where shopping actually gives back to our community! The Junior League of Wichita’s annual shopping event brings local, regional, and national merchants together at Century II for three days of shopping, special events, and a little early holiday fun. I also have a personal connection to this one. I was a member of the Junior League of Wichita, and I know firsthand what a great organization it is and how much work these women put into helping our community. So when you shop Holiday Galleria, it’s not just another shopping event—the money raised helps support Junior League’s work right here in Wichita.
Holiday Galleria in Wichita
Holiday Galleria is the Junior League of Wichita’s signature annual shopping fundraiser. You’ll find dozens of merchants with everything from clothing and jewelry to gifts, home décor, food, accessories, and plenty of things you probably didn’t know you needed until you saw them! The 2026 merchant list includes a mix of Wichita businesses and vendors from outside our area, which is part of what makes this such a fun place to browse.
And this event really does make an impact. Since Holiday Galleria began, it has raised more than $2 million in net proceeds to support the Junior League of Wichita’s work in the community.

There are several ways to experience Holiday Galleria this year:

Friday, October 2: Girls’ Night Out, 6–9 p.m.

Your Shopping Helps Wichita
This is the part I really want people to know about Holiday Galleria. The Junior League of Wichita has been serving our community since 1925. Its mission today is focused on advancing women’s leadership and creating meaningful community impact through volunteer work, collaboration, and training. Each year, members contribute hundreds of volunteer hours and thousands of dollars to Wichita-area causes. Junior League of Wichita
Over its 100-year history, the League has supported issues ranging from children’s health and literacy to food insecurity and child abuse prevention. Its current community focus is helping women be safe, smart, and successful through areas such as mental health and domestic violence resources, financial literacy, education, mentorship, and professional development.
You May Have Already Seen Junior League’s Impact
Here’s a Wichita connection I think is pretty amazing. To celebrate its 100th anniversary, the Junior League of Wichita raised $2 million for Exploration Place’s Water Play Cascades in the outdoor Adventure Playscape. More than 200 individuals and organizations contributed to the gift.
So if your kids have played with the pumps and water wheels at the Junior League of Wichita Water Play Cascades, you’ve already enjoyed one example of the organization’s impact in our community. The interactive area was designed so kids and adults work together to move and manipulate the water—which feels pretty fitting for an organization built around community and collaboration.
As a former Junior League member and now a mom taking my own girls to places like Exploration Place, I think it’s pretty cool to see projects like this come full circle.
