The City of Derby will host its 2nd Annual Spring Into Art celebration on Sunday, April 22, in Madison Avenue Central Park. Spring Into Art is free and open to the public!
This family-friendly event will feature art for sale, live music and performances, interactive art demonstrations, the Kansas Grown Farmers Market, food trucks, local food vendors, face painting and balloon artist.
Food vendors include Drury Ln. Bakery & Cafe, Park Grounds Coffeehouse, Crave’n Kettle Corn, B.S. Sandwich Press, LoLo’s Crepes, Hot-2-Trot Gourmet Hot Dogs, Manny’s Mexi-Kan Kitchen and Let’m Eat Brats.
Entertainment at the Amphitheater includes:
- Raeann’s Fancy Footwork, 11 a.m.
- Jordan Dee Minnis, 12 p.m.
- Wichita War Dancer, 1 p.m.
- Tanglewood Elementary Tiger Choir, 2 p.m.
- The Plains Band, 3 p.m.
The event will be held rain or shine fro 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (If there is inclement weather, they’ll hold most activities inside The Venue.)
