Where can you find the best prices on kids’ clothing for school? This is the time of year you can find great prices on school clothes. Saving money on clothes and backpacks is as easy as one, two, three. 😉

- Second, become a frequent visitor at Wichita-area outlet stores and off-price retailers. (These places have good deals year-round.)

- Kohl’s carries major retail brand name clothes, shoes, and backpacks, plus they have promo codes that change frequently.
- Coupon for $10 off $50 back to school purchase through August 18.
- They post the promo codes in a stripe at the top of their website. Click here to see what’s on sale at Kohl’s now.
- JCPenney
- Coupon for $10 off a purchase of $50 purchase of select kids apparel with promo code UNIFORM7 (Valid through 9/14)
- Arizona jeans starting as low as $3
- $10 kids’ cuts for grades K-6 while appointments last through September 15
- School Uniforms-They carry a wide selection of uniform options. Shop Thursday through Sunday for the best prices. And check the app or online for coupons before you go.
- Target Uniform polos $4 and pants $8; Cat & Jack brand: denim $8 and up; tees from $4; $5 leggings; $8 dresses
- Old Navy Uniform polos starting at $4, uniform pants starting at $8
- The Children’s Place Thanks to Janet for this tip! 60% off all apparel, exclusions apply, plus free shipping on every order. (Wow!) They also have a uniform sale going on with polos for $4.99 and under and pants, shorts, and skirts for less than $8.
- Pottery Barn Kids Backpacks on special starting at $12.99
- Walmart School uniform shop has polos as low as $4, and special buys in-store on kids socks and underwear (see weekly ad).
- Shoe Carnival BOGO 1/2 off back to school sale, plus $5 or $10 off coupons in the ad (print to use in store or show bar code on your mobile device, or use code BOOM online.), or 15% off promo code at website. Pro tip: If they don’t have your size when you are shopping in store, they will ship it to you free!
- Academy Sports 25% off school uniforms. Academy Sports is my favorite place to buy school pants. They seem to last longer with the reinforced knees! The in-store selection is usually small but if you shop in store and they don’t have your size, you can order in store and they will ship it to you free. You can also place an online order of $25 or more to get free shipping or ship to store for free. (Very soon they should have the prices marked down even more!)
- Amazon has some back-to-school basics in clothes and shoes too. Sort by boys or girls, or search for brands.

I ordered back to school clothing for my grandaughter from The Children’s Place online. They have 50% off and free shipping. I had it shipped directly to our son’s house.
