The Cheesecake Factory is coming to Wichita and will open in the fall of 2026. They reached out to me, shared some insight, and provided a quote.
“The Cheesecake Factory is thrilled to be opening at Bradley Fair,” said Alethea Rowe, Senior Director of Public Relations and Global Branding for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated. “We’ve been getting requests to open in Wichita for quite some time, and we’re excited to be finally opening there.”
The restaurant will go where the former Outback Steakhouse was in Bradley Fair. It will be a 9,896-square-foot space with a patio, bar, and seating for 261 guests.
Cheesecake Factory Restaurant in Wichita
- The Cheesecake Factory offers more than 30 flavors of cheesecake, and the menu is so big it’s literally bound like a book.
- Many of their recipes are made from scratch daily, including sauces, dressings, and (of course) the cheesecakes themselves, which are baked fresh and flown to locations nationwide.
- The Cheesecake Factory has one of the largest restaurant menus in the country, with 200+ items, so two people at the same table could order completely different style meals.
- The original cheesecake recipe dates back to the 1940s and is still the foundation for many of the flavors served today.
- Portions are famously generous, which is why so many meals end with a to-go box and cheesecake saved for later.
- Every restaurant is designed to feel unique, with custom décor inspired by places around the world rather than a one-size-fits-all look.
