From food to drinks to clothes and shoes to beauty, this list has all the birthday deals. Sure, you might have to sign up for a few rewards programs, but these free gifts will make it worth it!

Or maybe you’re a last-minute person who scrambles to find a place to celebrate an hour before the gang meets. Either way, your birthday celebration is a great time to get freebies.

To get the deals listed below, you need to sign up at their websites for their loyalty programs (or download the app).

Most deals are good for two weeks after your date, which means most of us find ourselves with too many offers to take advantage of in the time free. So consider staggering the dates you sign up with so that you can celebrate your birthday year-round! (You might want to stagger when you sign up, too, as many loyalty programs include welcome gifts.)

• Fine print: A $15 minimum purchase is required. Other exclusions may apply.

Bath & Body Works

• Birthday deal: FREE item with an original price up to $9.95.
• How to get it: Join My Bath & Body Works Rewards and enter your birthday.
• How long: 30 days beginning on your birthday.
• Fine print: The $9.95 limit is based on the item’s original price, not a sale price. Online redemption requires another merchandise purchase, so redeeming in store is the better way to make this a true freebie.

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse

• Birthday deal: FREE Pizookie.
• How to get it: Join BJ’s Premier Rewards PLUS and enter your birthday.
• How long: Check the expiration date when the reward appears in your account.
• Fine print: Reward availability and redemption requirements are subject to the current Rewards terms.

Casey’s

• Birthday deal: Choose a FREE cookie or doughnut.
• How to get it: Join Casey’s Rewards and enter your birthday.
• How long: Check the expiration date shown with your birthday reward.
• Fine print: Choose one eligible cookie or doughnut. Participating locations and normal Rewards restrictions apply.

The Cheesecake Factory — Coming to Wichita!

• Birthday deal: FREE slice of cheesecake or layer cake.
• How to get it: Join Cheesecake Rewards before your birthday.
• How long: The reward loads 7 days before your birthday and expires 7 days after your birthday.
• Fine print: You must purchase another food or beverage item. You must be present to redeem your Birthday Slice, and it is limited to one per guest per visit.
• Wichita note: The Cheesecake Factory is scheduled to open at Bradley Fair on September 29, 2026.

Chick-fil-A

• Birthday deal: Your free reward depends on your Chick-fil-A One level:
  • Member: Chocolate Chunk Cookie or Chocolate Fudge Brownie
  • Silver: Choice of select desserts/treats
  • Red: Choice of select sandwiches or nuggets
  • Signature: Choice of an eligible entrée

Chicken N Pickle

• Birthday deal: You wil get a Birthday reward but it varys.
• How to get it: Join their loyalitly program and enter your birthday.
• How long: 30 days.

• Birthday deal: FREE birthday dessert.
• How to get it: Join My Chili’s Rewards.
• How long: The birthday reward expires 10 days after it is issued.
• Fine print: Current program terms require at least a $5 food or beverage purchase to use program benefits. Participating locations only.

Chipotle

• Birthday deal: Choose a birthday reward from eligible options such as chips, guac, queso or a drink.
• How to get it: Join Chipotle Rewards and provide your birthday.
• How long: Birthday month.
• Fine print: Eligible choices and reward terms are shown in your Rewards account.

Cold Stone Creamery

• Birthday deal: An annual birthday reward.
• How to get it: Join My Cold Stone Club Rewards and enter your birthday.
• How long: Check the expiration date attached to your reward.
• Fine print: Cold Stone confirms a birthday reward but does not currently guarantee a specific birthday item on its public Rewards page. I wouldn’t assume it’s the old BOGO birthday deal.

Crumbl

• Birthday deal: FREE Single cookie voucher.
• How to get it: Join Crumbl Rewards, enter your birthday and reach at least Silver status.
• How long: Check the expiration date on your birthday voucher.
• Fine print: Silver status requires 500 Crumbs.

Pro Tip: This deal has changed but the updated deal is above. You might see other “freebie lists” that are incorrect. Joining Crumbl Rewards no longer gets everyone a free birthday cookie. You need to reach Silver status to qualify.

Culver’s

• Birthday deal: FREE birthday treat, plus another treat for your half birthday.
• How to get it: Join Culver’s Delicious Rewards and add your birthday.
• How long: Check the expiration date in your account.
• Fine print: Culver’s confirms birthday and half-birthday treats but doesn’t publicly guarantee one specific item for everyone.

Dairy Queen

• Birthday deal: A special birthday surprise.
• How to get it: Join DQ Rewards in the DQ app and enter your birthday.
• How long: Check your account for the expiration date.
• Fine print: DQ does not currently publicly guarantee a particular birthday item, so I wouldn’t advertise this as a guaranteed free Blizzard.

Denny’s

• Birthday deal: A special birthday reward through Booth Rewards.
• How to get it: Join Denny’s Booth Rewards and enter your birthday.
• How long: Check the reward in your account.
• Fine print: Denny’s does not currently publicly identify a guaranteed birthday item.

Pro Tip: If you remember getting a free Original Grand Slam on your birthday, don’t automatically count on it. Denny’s has moved to its new Booth Rewards program and currently describes the benefit as a birthday reward rather than guaranteeing the old Grand Slam offer.

DSW

• Birthday deal: $5 birthday offer.
• How to get it: Join DSW VIP and enter your birthday.
• How long: Check your offer for its expiration date.
• Fine print: You need to have made at least one $1+ DSW purchase using your VIP account to qualify.

Dunkin’

• Birthday deal: 3X points on qualifying purchases.

• How long: Three days: the day before your birthday, your birthday and the day after.

Pro Tip: Dunkin’ no longer gives Rewards members the old free birthday drink – boo! The current birthday benefit is 3X points.

Famous Footwear

• Birthday deal: $5 Birthday Reward Cash for STAR members or $10 for SUPERSTAR members, plus 2X points during your birthday month.
• How to get it: Join Famously YOU Rewards and enter your birthday.
• How long: Birthday month.
• Fine print: You must have made at least one transaction in the previous 12 months to receive Birthday Reward Cash. SUPERSTAR status has additional requirements.

Fazoli’s

• Birthday deal: FREE birthday dessert with entrée purchase.
• How to get it: Join Fazoli’s Rewards and enter your birthday.
• How long: The reward is issued 7 days before your birthday. Check the app for the expiration date.
• Fine print: Entrée purchase required.

IHOP

• Birthday deal: 5 PanCoins, enough to redeem for a full stack of Original Buttermilk Pancakes.

• How long: PanCoins are deposited on the first day of your birthday month.

Pro Tip: Older birthday lists may say you get a free stack of any pancakes. The current reward is 5 PanCoins, which can be redeemed for a full stack of Original Buttermilk Pancakes.

Jersey Mike’s Subs

• Birthday deal: 72 Shore Points, enough for a regular sub, wrap or bowl.
• How to get it: Join MyMike’s/email club and provide your birthday.
• How long: The benefit comes as Shore Points rather than a one-day birthday coupon.
• Fine print: You must have purchased a regular or giant sub, wrap or bowl within the previous 12 months to qualify.

Krispy Kreme

• Birthday deal: A FREE birthday treat through Krispy Kreme Rewards.
• How to get it: Join Krispy Kreme Rewards and enter your birthday.
