Klausmeyer Dairy Farm and Pumpkin Patch will open for the Fall 2018 season on September 15, 2018, and they’re offering an admission discount for you all weekend!
This is a working dairy farm with lots of extra fun things for visitors to do in the fall. They have a real pumpkin patch where you can pick your pumpkin right from the vine. They also have a corn maze, sorghum maze, hay bale maze, hay wagon ride, a big jumping pillow, playground, petting zoo, and more. (The list is just really long. Check out their website link below to see lots more.)
Since opening weekend coincides with National Farm Safety Week, the Klausmeyer’s are also offering a tour of the inside of a tractor.
Now for the discount: If you wear a bandanna or farm hat when you visit on opening weekend, you get $1 off admission!
Regular admission is just $7 for ages 3 and up – so just $6 if you wear your farm hat. The corn maze and a few other activities are an additional fee, and of course the price of your pumpkin depends on its size; but generally pumpkins cost between $1 and $10.
On Saturday and Sunday, the Klausmeyer Pumpkin Patch is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Klausmeyer is just south of Wichita near Clearwater, Kansas.
