Tricks and Treats for kids at Wicked Island
For the first time ever, Wicked Island at O.J. Watson Park is offering a family-friendly trick or treat event.
The normally scary haunted attraction is a favorite in Wichita with the older kids and adults, but little bro and sis have always had to stay home.
This year, however, on Halloween day only, you can bring the kids to Wicked Island during daylight and let them experience the haunted attraction. Actors will give each child a fright and then a small treat.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Costumes are encouraged but strollers are not recommended on the island.
This daytime experience is available on Sunday, October 31, 2021 between 4-6 p.m. You will need to purchase tickets for a specific time – either online in advance or at the park on Halloween day. (Thanks for the clarification, Amanda!) Only 500 tickets will be sold, so don’t miss out!
Tickets to Tricks and Treats at Wicked Island are only $5 per child and are available in half-hour increments. Tickets are on sale now at wickedwoodswichita.com Just click on Purchase Tickets and then scroll down until you see the event.
