Picklefest at Blood Orcahard is back this year. This is one of those events where you just have to lean into the fun… because yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like… a full day dedicated to pickles in Wichita.

If you’re looking for something totally different to do (and honestly, pretty affordable for a full day out), ICT Pickle Fest is back, and it’s kind of become one of those quirky local events people look forward to every summer.

  • Pickle EVERYTHING… food, drinks, merch, even crafts
  • Food trucks serving up creative pickle dishes
  • Blood Orchard Brewing Co.’s popular pickle sour is on tap
  • A pickle stand with homemade flavored pickles
  • Live music, DJ, and games happening throughout the day
  • Shopping with small businesses featuring vintage, handmade, rustic, and shabby-chic items
  • A pickle-eating contest

Why it’s a good deal:
For $10 for adults and $5 for kids (with little ones 5 and under FREE), you’re getting a full day of entertainment, shopping, and live music. Around Wichita, that’s a pretty solid price for something this unique, especially if you make a whole afternoon of it with the family or meet up with friends.

And honestly, events like this are what make Wichita fun. It’s local, a little quirky, supports small businesses, and gives you something memorable to do without spending a ton.
