It’s time to step outside of your comfort zone and try a new twist on yoga: Paddleboard Yoga!
Join Limitless Yoga for a Paddleboard Yoga Class August 14 on Santa Fe Lake in Augusta, KS. This is a truly unique experience that everyone always has fun with! And don’t worry about falling in, that’s half the fun!
This class will start at 9 a.m. and last about an hour, ending at 10 a.m.
The first time I tried paddleboard yoga, I fell in…TWICE! Of course that’s because I decided to try headstands for the first time. I figured falling in the water sounded way better than falling on the floor at the studio!
Anyway, step outside your comfort zone and try this new twist on yoga! No experience with yoga or paddleboard required. Just show up ready to have fun. Don’t forget your sunglasses, sunscreen and a towel.
I recommend wearing a cheap pair of sunglasses. That way, if you happen to lose them in the lake, you’ll only be out a few dollars. Besides, I find that the cheap plastic sunglasses actually fit tighter on my face! Be sure you apply the sunscreen ahead of time so it has time to absorb before you begin. Otherwise, you’ll be slipping and sliding all over the place. (Don’t ask me how I know. Ha!)
Your $25 ticket includes the hour long class, your paddleboard, oar, life vest (if you choose), and parking at the lake. This class is limited to a small number so be sure to purchase your tickets in advance. Visit the Facebook event page to purchase your tickets.
