Everything we love – a country drive, vintage and handmade items for sale, amazing cupcakes, and FREE admission – is what you’ll find at the Keriel Dairy Barn Sale in Whitewater, Kansas.
Something new to note: While admission to the Keriel Dairy Barn Sale is still FREE, they now have a $5 per car parking fee to encourage carpooling. The lot just isn’t that big, and they get a LOT of customers! 🙂 So load all your friends up into the same car to keep the cost super low.
Keriel Dairy Farm typically holds two barn sales per year – one in the spring and one in the fall.
The SPRING sale was Saturday, April 3 this year.
The FALL 2021 barn sale is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 9. Don’t forget to bring cash for all your goodies (some vendors do accept cards).
The $5 parking fee is cash only. We love this sale!

The first time we spotted the barn sale on our way back from visiting Newton, it was just about closing time. We were disappointed that we missed it because it looked so cute! (And we could still smell the BBQ!)
So last fall we made a point to visit again, and were not disappointed in the least. This was a super fun barn sale with awesome vendors, really great food, and again – really cute!

You’ll find all kinds of antique/vintage bargains and handmade/homegrown items at the sale. When we were there, they even had live music.

And one thing to note: the “delicious cupcakes” you hear about? Oh em gee – they really are. I don’t know what it is, but they’re possibly the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. Not that you would drive way out into the country for an amazing cupcake… But then again, maybe. I’m serious about how good they are! 🙂
The next Keriel Dairy Barn Sale is Saturday, October 9, 2021! It begins at 8 a.m. and wraps up around 3 p.m.
If you’re craving a country drive, this would be a good day to take one. If you can’t make it this weekend, they usually have one in the spring and one in the fall. Either season is a great time for a barn sale!
