Where can we purchase the discount sheet of 20 tickets?
You can buy them at the State Fair website here: https://www.kansasstatefair.com/p/tickets/midway
I’m not sure but you might also be able to buy them at Dillons. I know you can get gate admission at Dillons, but I’ve never purchased ride tickets so I can’t remember if that’s also available.
Oh, here’s some more information: https://www.kansasstatefair.com/p/entertainment/attractions-and-events2/rides–midwaycopy1
This says vouchers for ride tickets can be purchased at Dillons, which you would then exchange for ride tickets at the fair. (Check out the link for full details. )

Hi Carolyn, I am thinking the State Fair Discounts may be from 2018.
2019 Dillons Day is Monday the 9th.
Have a good day.
Oops! Thanks for the catch, John! I appreciate it. I update this every year and I guess I missed that one. Sorry. Correcting it now.
Wait – where are you seeing that it is incorrect? I looked through the article and couldn’t find an incorrect reference. I must be missing something…

Hi when is Senior day?
That’s a good question, but I didn’t see anything about Senior Day at the Fair. They do have a GREAT senior discount on tickets though, and if you buy your tickets in advance it’s only something like $4.
Hope that helps!

Hello Ms. Carolyn,
Did you happen to know what day the military get in free to the fair?
Thanks so much,
You know, I haven’t heard of a free day for military, but there is Dollar Day – and that is actually free if you have a Dillons card to show. I’ll keep checking because maybe I just haven’t heard about the free military admission day.
I think it’s messed up you only get 2 punch tickets when you buy a family pack that’s for four people. Makes no sense. May be the last year we go to the fair.
When do gates open on sunday
Hi Linda. There’s a complete schedule at the Kansas State Fair website.
the couples pass looks like a great deal but doesn’t show up on the fair site… is it still available?
Hmm, that’s a really good question, Tim! I know I got that information from their website, but I can’t find it again…. You might want to give them a call and ask if they are still offering it. The phone number is 620-669-3600, or there’s a 1-800 number if you don’t have unlimited long distance.
In the meantime, I’ll keep looking! Update: So, I found the page where it had been offered (https://kansasstatefair.com/ticket-office.html), but it’s not there anymore. Maybe it was only available for a limited time. Sorry. 🙁 I’ve crossed it off the list of options in my post.
oh well, thanks for the info! I guess I’ll have to act sooner next year…
