The Hotcakes for Hopecare event have become a much-anticipated occasion in our community, where individuals from all walks of life come together to enjoy a fun-filled breakfast while contributing to a vital cause. This year, our goal is to raise $50,000, while feeding at least 800 guests a delicious pancake breakfast. The money raised will directly benefit uninsured adults and children needing medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and medical-legal services at any of our 13 clinics in the greater Wichita area.

Join me (Kathy Spillman), the owner of Wichita on the Cheap, at this event on September 12, 2023. I will be helping serve up hotcakes from 7 am -7:45 am but the event is from 7 am t 10 am at Jimmie’s Family Diner at 3111 North Rock Road, Wichita.
