Rejuvenate your mind and body at Mark Arts’ free Yoga in the Gallery on the third Wednesday of each month.
These free, monthly yoga sessions are led by instructors from Siva Yoga Studio and are available for ages 13 and up.
To participate in the free, all-experience levels yoga session, Mark Arts requests that you pre-register, although they will allow drop-ins.
Bring your own yoga mat. Sessions begin at 7 p.m. in the Gladys and Karl T. Wiedemann Gallery at Mark Arts.
