The Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland is offering a free summer camp at Butler County Community College for girls in grades 8-12 to learn about careers and college courses in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
Participants will tour the Butler Community College Andover campus, learn about financial aid and college life, and explore careers in science, tech, engineering, and math. The camp will include a digital photography workshop and students will make their own website.
Transportation will be provided, along with breakfast and lunch, at no charge. The entire two-day camp is free but registration by July 1, 2012 is required. Call Stacy at (316) 684-6531 to register your daughter.
