Great news, Wichita! The City of Wichita’s Park & Recreation Department just made your summer a little cooler (and cheaper). McAfee Pool is offering FREE swim every other Saturday all summer long!
Whether you’re looking for a way to beat the heat, entertain the kids, or just enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the water, McAfee Pool is the place to be on Saturdays. During the week, if you are looking for other ways to beat the heat, check out one of the FREE Splash Pads around town.

McAfee Pool Features:
- Zero-depth entry
- Diving board
- Slide – minimum height requirement of 48 inches. This is an open flume slide that twists and turns, entering the water at 36 inches deep.
- Climbing wall – similar to a rock climbing wall, but is over the deep end and has 12 feet of water below it.

Daily Admission Fees
- Children or Adults $3
- Please note their swimming pools offer two daily sessions: afternoon (1-5pm) and evening (6:30-8:30 pm). If you leave during the afternoon and return for the evening, you must pay for the evening session.
Admission Tickets
- $110 – 50 tickets
- $60 – 25 tickets
One ticket admits one child or adult. Tickets can be purchased at any City Pool during the season or online starting April 1. Get fantastic discounts when you buy a package of tickets!
Memberships
- $200 – Family Membership up to 4 family members
- $30 for each additional person up to 8
- $70 – Individual Membership
Relax and swim all you want! Purchase a membership that will allow you and your family admission at all City Pools for the season. Memberships can be purchased online starting April 1.
