All Greater Wichita YMCA locations in Wichita are temporarily closed as of March 16, 2020, with the exception of Early Learning Centers and Spring Break Camps.
However, the Y is making free group exercise classes available online for free to everyone in the community via the Y360 YouTube channel.
You can still get your workout in from wherever you are as long as you have a device connected to the internet.
If your internet connection is via a cell phone, some newer TVs or devices like Chromecast will allow you to “cast” the videos to your television.
The Y360 channel has playlists for various types of group classes, including yoga, barre, boot camp, and active older adults.
Anyone can access the free group exercise videos; you don’t have to be a YMCA member.
