Enjoy a delicious night out while learning how to make Chinese food at the Sedgwick County Extension Center.
There will be a professional Chinese chef on hand to teach the group how to prepare Kung Pao Chicken. Participants will also get to help make the meal.
The chef will also explain how to make other Chinese dishes. These other dishes will be prepared ahead of time to be enjoyed by the participants. After the class, everyone will get to enjoy the fruits of their labor while sharing the meal.
The video below describes some of the primary types of Chinese cooking and gives you a glimpse of what you’ll learn in the Extension’s cooking class!
This workshop will be held in the Bison Conference Room of the Sedgwick County Extension Center on May 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Space is limited.
Please contact Ms. Qin at Xiaoleiqin@ksu.edu to reserve your spot. The cost is $10 per person.
