Canines at Cowtown

Bring your dog to Cowtown

Canines at Cowtown is a fundraising event put on by local veterinary hospitals and sponsored by pet product companies and local businesses. It’s a dog-friendly event at Wichita’s Old Cowtown Museum!

The event raises funds for the Paw It Forward Foundation, which is a non-profit that provides financial assistance to pet owners in need to treat sick or injured animals.

They’ve planned lots of fun for Canines at Cowtown this year, including information booths, free giveaways, and pet portraits (for an additional fee).

Admission is $10 per person and free for kids 10 and younger. Dogs get in FREE.

Event Rules:

  • Dogs attending must be 6 months or older, in good health and current on all vaccinations.
  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times. No retractable leashes, please.
  • Female dogs in season may not attend.
  • If your dog shows any sign of aggression, you may be asked to leave.
  • Event will take place rain or shine, no refunds.

*Portrait sitting fee is $10, you will be able to choose from your gallery of photos for $5/ea. 100% sitting fee benefits The Paw It Forward Foundation.
