This fitness class just raised the Barre.
Every Monday through September, Pure Barre will offer a FREE 1-hour fitness class in Bradley Fair!
Please note: Since plans can change on short notice, be sure to use the links in each post to double-check all events before you go.
Barre fitness is a mix of ballet, pilates, and yoga.
For this class you will need:
- Yoga Mat
- Water Bottle
- Sweat Towel
The class starts at 5:30 p.m. but if you are new to Barre fitness they ask that you show up 10 minutes early (5:20 p.m.) to hear a short explanation of the class.
Make sure to leave plenty of space between each yoga mat!
Parking is available near Jason’s Deli and the class is right on the waterfront!
