Sharing is caring!
The Sedgwick County Zoo is honoring First Responders Day on July 22, 2025, with FREE admission for all law enforcement, fire, EMS personnel, and 911 operators. Families can also enjoy free entry that day by using the Sunflower Summer App, making it a great time to visit the zoo without spending a dime.
First responders play a crucial role in our communities, often putting their lives on the line to help others in times of need. They are the brave individuals who arrive first at the scene of emergencies, providing critical assistance and care. Their bravery deserves gratitude and recognition, and I love that the Sedgwick County Zoo offers FREE Admission for them. Thank you, First Responders, for all you do!

First Responders Day is also during Twilight Tuesdays! This year, the evening also features live music, with the Llew Brown Band taking the stage at 5:30 PM. It’s a great way to honor those who serve our community while enjoying a summer night of music, animals, and family fun.
