On Saturday, July 25, Chicken N Pickle will host a FREE WERQout class at 10 a.m.
WERQ is a dance fitness class based on hip hop and pop music.
You will need to bring:
– Water Bottle
– Sunscreen
– Sweat Towel
– Light weight tennis shoes are the best for this format
