Join yoga teacher Lindsay Slater of Nirvana Yoga for a Wednesday evening yoga class at the Maize Rec Center.
Lindsay is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
Bring a mat or a towel, and wear comfortable clothing. This event is open to participants of all ages.
Classes are scheduled from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Maize Rec Center. Purchase a package of classes or drop in from week to week.
Classes are a $5 drop in rate or pay a discounted rate to attend four classes.
