Have you ever wondered what it would be like to play hockey? Now you can try it out and see for yourself. Girls and women can try ice hockey for free at the Wichita Ice Center on February 17th.
Join the Wichita Ice Center for their Girls & Women Try Hockey Day where you will get a chance to put on gear, have a skating lesson, and learn some basic skills of hockey from their certified coaching staff. In addition, some of the girls from the Youth & Adult Hockey Leagues will also be out skating with you.
Girls and adults ages 4 and up are welcome to participate. No previous experience is needed. Spots are limited and registration is required. Click on this link to register.
The event will be held Saturday, February 17 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Be prepared to arrive 30 minutes early for check in and gear assignment.

This event is just for women and girls. However, in March there will be a try ice hockey for free event for both boys and girls!
