Wichita Halloween in the ParkTrick-or-treat at Edgemoor Park on October 26, 2012. The Wichita Police Department and various local businesses/organizations will once again host Halloween in the Park, a free, safe trick-or-treating event that attracts quite a crowd every year.

  1. I’m really glad to see WPD do this again. With the rise in gun violence in Wichita over the last year, it’s good to have a safe place to take the kids this Halloween.
