Are you looking for a fun and safe place for your family to ride their bikes? How about the Sedgwick County Zoo? Their Wheeling Wild bike club events are an affordable and family-friendly option.
Wheeling Wild (formerly known as Wheeling Wild Wednesdays) is designed to be a leisurely bike ride for all ages. A guide leads the ride around the zoo. Look for a registration link below.
Small children are welcome as long as they’re either riding a bike, in a bike seat, or in an attached wagon. Children must be accompanied by an adult, of course.

I’ve gathered all the Sedgwick County Zoo deals throughout the year so you can easily find the best times to visit for less. As a Wichita mom with two daughters, I know how fast costs add up, so I’m always looking for ways to help families enjoy more while spending less. That’s the heart of Wichita on the Cheap, helping our community live the good life without breaking the budget.
