Sponsored by the Health and Wellness Coalition, Walktober is a month-long walking program in October designed to encourage walking on a daily basis and inspire people to make walking a part of their healthy lifestyles.
Participants challenge themselves to walk five days a week, working up to 150 minutes per week. You can register here and download a record to log your minutes each week.
