Walk in the Park

Walk in the Park activity in Wichita

The City of Wichita Park and Recreation has scheduled some FREE activities to help us get outside and get a little exercise. Walk in the Park each month with others and enjoy our beautiful Wichita parks.

The walks will be at a different park each month. Walking groups will start with a warm-up, go for a walk, and then take time for a cool down. Wear your walking shoes and dress for comfort.

Dogs on leashes are welcome, so Fido can get some exercise too.
